Original Au Coton has no borders! Delivery to the United States, Europe and anywhere else in the world is offered at a flat rate of $30.00 CAD$.

All sales on aucoton.com are made in Canadian currency (CAD$).

Taxes and customs duties

For orders delivered in Canada, we collect the applicable taxes, depending on the province of delivery.

For orders delivered to the United States, Europe or elsewhere in the world, we are unfortunately unable to estimate customs duties and taxes. You are therefore entirely responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees that the transaction on the Canadian aucoton.com website generates.

Processing and delivery times

Online orders are ready to be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

For deliveries in Canada, the delivery time is 2 to 7 business days for Standard delivery and 1 to 2 business days for Express delivery. However, please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for delivery to remote locations.

For international deliveries, the delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. These times may be longer for delivery to remote locations.

In-store pickup

If this delivery option is chosen, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick-up at the boutique at 1475 Atateken Street (formerly Amherst), Montreal (Qc) H2L 3L2. You will then have 15 days to pick up your order from the time you receive the confirmation email. After this delay, the boutique will return the merchandise to our warehouse and you will no longer be able to claim your order.

Multiple shipping addresses

Only one shipping address can be entered when you place an order. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Online purchase invoice and tracking of your package

An online purchase invoice will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number provided when ordering online. The invoice can also be viewed via your User account.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email to inform you of the shipment and give you the tracking number that allows you to follow the path of your package.

Responsibility for shipments

All items purchased through aucoton.com website are subject to a shipping contract, which means that Original Au Coton assumes the risk of loss of the items ordered as soon as we hand them over to the carrier. Title to these items is transferred to you when you take possession of the package at destination, either at the delivery address provided when ordering online or at the postal service's drop-off counter.

Returned by mail to Canada: Original Au Coton assumes the risk of loss of the returned items as soon as you return the package to Canada Post by following the instructions described in the Exchange and Return section of an online purchase. Title to these items is then transferred to Original Au Coton when Canada Post takes possession of the package. In the event that the instructions described in the Exchange and Return section are not followed, you will assume the risk of loss until we receive the package and take possession of the merchandise.

Postal returns outside of Canada: you are entirely responsible for items returned to Original Au Coton and you assume the risk of loss until we receive the package and take possession of the merchandise. Title to these items passes to Original Au Coton when Original Au Coton takes possession of the merchandise.
