Finding the perfect size

1 Chest: With your arms at your sides, place the measuring tape under your arms and go around the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades.

2 Waist: Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Measure around your waist at this natural crease, keeping one finger between the tape and your body to ensure a comfortable fit.

3 Hips: Stand with your feet together and then wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips/butt, about 7 to 8 inches (17.75 to 20.25 cm) below your waist.

4 Sleeve: With your arm bent and your hand on your hip, place the measuring tape at the base of your neck (mid-back), and bring it down to your wrist, passing over the top of your shoulder and arm.

5 Inseam: For full-leg pants, place the tape along the inside of your leg, from the crotch to about 1 in (2.5 cm) below the ankle.

Choose the right size

1 Bust/Chest: with arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the chest and across the shoulder blades.

2 Waist: find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

3 Hips: with feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 in (17.75 to 20.25 cm) below your waistline.

4 Sleeve: with arm bent and hand on hip, place tape measure at the base (center back/CB) of your neck and follow along the top shoulder and arm to the wrist.

5 Inseam: for full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch, to about 1 in (2.5 cm) below the ankle.
